Bronwyn brings more than 20 years’ experience in senior roles across NSW Government and not-for-profit organisations, with expertise in organisational design, change management, performance management, talent development and strategic planning.

Her experience includes leading multidisciplinary teams through transformational change, restructuring and cultural improvement. She combines this background with a strong focus on employee engagement and organisational health, helping organisations develop their people and create positive, productive workplaces.

Bronwyn holds a Master of Public Policy, a Graduate Diploma of Public Administration, diplomas in Government and Project Management, a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and certifications in Change Management.
