Holly Cormack

As a Senior HR Consultant and Facilitator at iHR Australia, Holly Cormack helps organisations develop their leaders, build capability and support growth through engaging learning and executive coaching.

Holly brings more than 20 years’ hands-on business experience across financial services and the fast-moving consumer goods sector. Originally from New Zealand, her career in HR and learning and development has spanned the UK, Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Her experience includes serving as Head of Learning and Development for one of Asia’s leading investment houses, where she designed and facilitated leadership programs and learning initiatives covering emotional intelligence, networking and time management. She also coached senior business leaders and high-potential employees preparing for leadership roles.

Holly combines an enthusiastic, engaging style with a practical understanding of how people development supports organisational growth and change. She holds a BA (Hons) in Psychology and a Master’s in Applied Science from the University of Canterbury, is a qualified Executive Coach through IECL Australia, and is a certified HBDI® practitioner.
