John brings more than 35 years’ leadership experience in business transformation, strategic restructuring and operational improvement. His international career spans Australia, South America and Asia, with a focus on turning around underperforming operations and building effective teams across diverse markets.
As Latin America Director at Ixom, John led the transformation of a loss-making regional operation into a profitable, cash-positive business across five country entities. His four years in South America strengthened his understanding of how cultural awareness, clear strategy and practical operational changes contribute to business performance.
John combines commercial expertise with a strong understanding of organisational culture and risk management. An experienced mentor and advisor, he supports executive teams to navigate change, strengthen leadership and connect strategic priorities with effective delivery.
