Juliet Becker

As a Senior Workplace Relations Advisor at iHR Australia, Juliet Becker helps organisations navigate employment relations, address workplace concerns and translate legislative requirements into practical HR policies and processes.

Juliet has worked in HR and employment relations in New Zealand since 2002. Her background in retail and hospitality has expanded across multiple sectors, combining strong knowledge of employment legislation with hands-on experience supporting businesses to implement workable solutions.

A licensed private investigator, Juliet takes a methodical approach to complex workplace situations. Her advice and facilitation focus on real-world application, supported by strong client relationships and an understanding of each organisation’s needs. She recognises that every workplace matter is different and works closely with clients to develop solutions suited to their circumstances.

Juliet holds a postgraduate qualification in HR and has completed the AMINZ Intensive Mediation Course. She is a member of the Employers and Manufacturers Association, AMINZ and the Association of Workplace Investigators.
