Kirsten Hartmann

As iHR Australia’s Director – Workplace Advisory and Compliance, Kirsten Hartmann helps organisations navigate complex workplace relations matters, strengthen compliance and manage workforce risk.

Kirsten brings extensive consulting experience across aviation, government, education, manufacturing, hospitality, sport, meat processing and aquaculture. Her expertise spans wage and payroll compliance, employment contracts, workplace policies, case management, dispute resolution and workplace investigations.

Her work ranges from large-scale HR and industrial relations compliance investigations to managing enforceable undertakings and implementing practical structural and policy improvements. She has also successfully negotiated and mediated enterprise agreements, helping employers and employees reach mutually beneficial outcomes.

Kirsten combines strategic advice with hands-on support and management mentoring to build organisations’ capability to prevent and resolve workplace issues. Her earlier achievements include leading multiple change management programs and receiving awards for innovation from the Department of Premier and Cabinet and for benefits management.
