Martin brings more than 25 years’ experience across government, infrastructure, energy, construction, retail and small to medium enterprises. His background includes senior Queensland public sector roles and government relations work on major infrastructure projects, partnering with executive teams, regulators and community stakeholders.

His expertise spans workplace investigations, dispute resolution, unfair dismissal and general protections claims. Martin combines workplace relations and employment law knowledge with a calm, constructive communication style, helping leaders navigate sensitive matters, assess risk and reach workable outcomes. He focuses on building trust and supporting fair, respectful and productive workplace practices.

Martin holds postgraduate certificates in Policy Analysis from Griffith University and Employment Law from the University of Queensland, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Queensland.
